Brief Introduction
Judy Feng is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition to her teaching role at CUHK, she serves as a leadership coach and organizational development consultant, focusing on leadership development, team effectiveness, and cultural transformation in China and Asia.
A respected leader in organizational development and talent management, Judy has over 25 years of executive and consulting experience. She has held senior roles, including Head of Organizational Development at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Director of Talent Management at Baxter Asia Pacific, and Principal Consultant at DDI Asia. Having worked and lived in different countries, she brings a strong global perspective to her work in leadership and organizational development.
Judy’s contributions have earned recognition such as the ATD BEST Award (U.S.), which positioned the Hong Kong Jockey Club among the global top ten in talent development. A leadership program she directed at Baxter Asia Pacific was featured in a Harvard Business School case study on women’s leadership. She has also spoken at conferences and business schools across China, the United States, and other parts of Asia.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong, with research focused on leadership, transactive memory systems (TMS), team performance, and leader gender.
