簡介

我是一位以社區為本的臨床心理學家,與有多元親歷經驗人士、非政府組織和企業密切合作,將研究轉化為實踐。我的研究重點包括污名和多元、數碼心理健康,以及應用佛教心理學於個人福祉和社會平等。她共同創立了社會企業「說書人」(https://www.storytalerhk.org/),並開發了一個面向香港年輕成人的數碼心理健康平台「賽馬會心導遊+計劃」(https://www.jcthplus.org/)。我成立的多元文化及全人健康研究室(Diversity and Well-being Lab)顧名思義有志於提倡多元文化,推動社會平等及提升大眾的全人健康。這個理念一直推動著我們的研究活動。
