研究興趣
Urs Maurer 教授的研究著重於認知及神經層面的語音和書寫語言處理,尤其熱衷於閱讀習得、讀寫障礙及外語學習。他的其中一個研究目標是利用語言處理的神經標記物(neural markers)為讀寫障礙的篩檢和干預策略提供資訊。其研究包括行為學與功能性神經影像學技術,如腦電圖(EEG)及功能性磁振造影(fMRI)。
