簡介

鄭默博士畢業於南加州大學心理系,在加入中文大學之前曾在香港大學心理系從事博士後研究,研究主要集中於發展心理學中遺傳與環境因素對兒童語言及數學能力的影響。

研究興趣

兒童語言、數學與認知能力的發展,心理統計學及研究方法,行為遺傳學。

我的研究主要涉及兒童語言、閱讀及認知能力的發展,特別是探討與遺傳及環境因素相關的預測變量。目前從事一項有關左撇子兒童的學習與認知發展研究,同時正參與一項遍及全港的雙胞胎兒童縱貫發展研究。
