Psychology Appreciation Day (May 10, 2008)

The Department will organize a poster presentation on 10th May (Sat).  I am pleased to invite you to participate and please fill in the application form attached.  The details of this activity are as follows:
 
a)      Either group or individual paper is welcome.
b)      Each group or individual student can submit more than one piece of work.
c)      Submission of the abstract (in no more than 250 words) by 3rd April 2008 (Thursday) should be sent to Mr. Matthew MAK (mcsmak@psy.cuhk.edu.hk).
d)      Successful submission will be notified by 10th April 2008 (Thursday).
e)      You may sign up at the Multimedia Laboratory to print out your poster for free between Apr 10 and May 2.
f)        Submit your finalized  poster  before 5:30p.m. on  2 May 2008 (Friday)
g)      The poster will be presented on 10th May 2008 (Saturday) with each poster being assigned a two-hour presentation session within which you will have to attend to present your work.

此活动由一九九九年度开始举办， 由香港中文大学、北京大学和国立台湾大学心理学系联合举办 。 活动 为来自三地的心理学系学生提供非正式的教学机会，并增进中大心理学系与中国内地及台湾心理学系师生的互相沟通及交流。

二零零四 /五年度的两岸三地心理学系学生互访计划於二零零五年五月十九至二十四日在北京举行，中大代表团由心理学系陈卫教授和麦颍思教授带领。活动包括学术研讨会、观课、参观北大心理系和中国科学院心理研究所等，让中大和台大学生更深入了解心理学在内地的发展。

心理学系与海外两所大学-波士顿大学及加州大学圣地牙哥分校签署协议，让临床心理学的研究生可到该校实习。二零零五年暑假，四名临床心理学学生在悟宿基金会有限公司赞助下分别到两所大学实习。
