The department upgraded the NeuroScan 32 channel system to 128 channel system three years ago. The whole system consists of four 32 channel SynAmp, a fast track digitizer, Stim input system, and an alternative E-prime system. The system is used for the collection of the EEG activities in various cognitive processes, which can help in the study of the brain synchronization, subliminal perception and will be used in information processing in sleep.
