As a Global provider of human capital consulting, Kenexa consultants must balance good research with practical applications. Research supports and reinforces the recommendations that clients receive but that research must then be translated into tools and advice that are believable and applicable from the C-suite right down to line managers. This talk will provide a brief overview of Kenexa's Global Employee Engagement Survey Practice to set a foundation for discussing some of the tools and means by which we translate I/O research into practical every-day applications.
