To Dr. Claire Garner heads YSC'is Hong Kong office. YSC is a global corporate psychology consultancy, bringing rigorous psychological theory and applying it in a pragmatic way to the challenges facing businesses in the 21st century. Increasingly, identifying, quantifying and developing "talent" is at the forefront of the corporate agenda.
Dr. Garner joined YSC's in May 2001, moving to Hong Kong in October 2005 to co-found YSC is first Asian office. She has degrees from Cambridge and Surrey, and is a chartered psychologist. She specialises in leadership development and talent benchmarking, particularly in the financial services sector. Her professional expertise includes the impact of external brands on employee engagement, and the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.
Dr. Garner will present YSC's leading edge thinking on the nature of potential, what it "looks" like and how individuals and organisations can develop it.
